SysTracer is delivered electronically, by downloading from our site. After purchasing you will receive an email with your activation key, according to your activation code.

License types
With Single Computer License you can use SysTracer on a single machine.
The Single User License allows use of SysTracer for multiple computers, but only for one user and with only one installation active at a time.
The Site Level License allows use of SysTracer for an unlimited number of computers at a single customer site or location. This license cannot be used for redistribution of the product to 3rd parties.
Home License allows using SysTracer only for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment.
Upgrading license type
You can upgrade your license type (for example from SysTracer standard to SysTracer Pro) by contacting us and requesting an upgrade - you will pay only the difference between your existing license and the higher license.
Registering and activation key
After downloading and installing, SysTracer will work in unregistered (trial) mode, with some limitations. In order to enable the product full functionality, you should activate it by using an activation key. Depending on your purchased license, the activation code enables SysTracer standard or SysTracer Pro functions. Please note that you won't lose your recorded snapshots.
During the purchasing process, you can supply your activation code (you can also do that later, ). After purchasing you will receive the activation key via email.
The activation code can be found starting SysTracer, in Help & Register screen -> Register -> Activation code.
SysTracer Subscription
Each SysTracer license includes one year of free technical support and upgrades.
After this year you can purchase a subscription that will include free upgrades and technical support for one year. The subscription price is 25% of the license price.
Cancelling your subscription will not affect your license.
